About

The book is a field report.

Justin Johnson leads a 121-person AI Centre of Excellence at a Fortune 500 pharma. He was the first person at that company to adopt Claude Code in production. He writes Run Data Run, publishes technical articles at AIXplore, and maintains a public harness starter kit called slopless.

He is one of the heaviest public practitioners of the exact framework this book describes. Eight autonomous agents, more than a hundred Claude Code skills, dozens of MCP servers, a homelab that has shipped more real systems in eighteen months than most full teams ship in three years.

The book exists because the pattern he runs is not yet legible to the executives he works with, speaks to, and coaches. Most of what he does day to day is not reproducible from a slide deck. It is reproducible from a terminal, if someone shows you the first two weeks.

That is what the book and the companion site are.
